Agenta Health
Agenta Health was incubated by Kain Analytics to solve a problem that surfaced across the portfolio: patient engagement is inherently multi-modal, but the tools available to operators typically are not. Agenta brought inbound and outbound voice, text, and personalized AI video into a single agentic platform, driving adherence to procedures, scans, and annual visits while lowering administrative load. Customers have seen 80 to 90 percent of manual calls automated and double-digit lifts in appointment show rates. Agenta Health was sold to Arbiter in 2025 and is now the underlying agentic infrastructure powering Arbiter's broader care orchestration mission.
Arbiter is the care orchestration platform unifying patients, providers, and payers on one intelligent system, leveraging Agenta's agentic technology for patient, provider, and plan engagement. Built by operators inside live healthcare environments, Arbiter embeds within existing EHR and payer workflows to automate referrals, prior authorizations, gap detection, and engagement at scale, addressing the fragmentation that drives most of the cost and friction in U.S. healthcare
