  • Former Managing Director at Portage Point Partners and Partner at the Boston Consulting Group, defining and executing complex value creation and value recovery initiatives for PE sponsors, private credit funds, and Fortune 500 companies.

Galya is a Portfolio Operations Advisor at Kain Capital, working with portfolio companies and their leadership teams on technology-enabled transformations, systems and data solutions, commercial optimization, and operational integrations. Her niche expertise spans the health–wealth continuum: employer-sponsored, government-funded (Medicare, Medicaid, ACA), and individually purchased health financing solutions. Before Portage Point Partners, Galya was SVP of Strategy and Innovation at AmeriLife, one of the largest distributors of health and wealth solutions in the US, and prior to that spent 9 years at the Boston Consulting Group, where she was a Partner. She began her career as an investment professional at an AIG-sponsored private equity fund investing in growth capital transactions across EMEA and Latin America. Galya holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
